Individual, Family and Club Membership Forms

[USA Judo Individual and Family Memberships automatically include membership in Ohio Judo, Inc. for residents of Ohio.
Club memberships are seperate - see below]

OJI Club Membership Application Form

(Note: OJI Club Membership does not provide any insurance)

Benefits of Club Membership in Ohio Judo, Inc.:
1) Club representatives (number determined by # of Individual Members of OJI) can vote on policies and programs of OJI
2) Registered Clubs can offer additional discounts for some activities of OJI to their members who are Individual Members of OJI
3) Registered Clubs can receive discounts on Shiai Equipment Rentals (mats, scoreboards and other shiai equipment)

OJI Auxillary Individual Membership Form

(Note: Auxillary Membership does not provide insurance nor allow you to compete.
You must be a member of USA Judo, USJA, USJF or ATJA to meet those requirements)

Benefits of Individual Membership in OJI:
1) Eligible to take part in the OJI High School Scholar Program
2) Eligible to take part in the OJI Travel Team Program
3) Eligible to participate in the OJI Promotion System
4) Eligible for special discounts at selected OJI events
5) Receive the OJI Presedential Notes (including upcoming events, etc.) directly by e-mail
