Summary of the 1-31-15 OJI Meeting

Directors' Reports:

Treasurer (Mike Mooney)

Handed out the Check Register  -  $1,642.56 Balance
OJI has 6 Clubs registered for 2015 - The other Clubs have not yet paid the 2015 Dues
OJI Clubs - Ameri-Kan Martial Arts, Buckeye Judo, Chu To Bu, Kettering Rec. Center, Mideast Cudell, Shudokan Judo

Operations (Russ Scherer)

Web Site Updates - Events Calendar, List of OJI Promotions, etc.   Awaiting responses to requested review and update of various documents (Kata Standards, Promotion System, etc.) from various chairmen.
We want additional current information for the Site from Directors and Club representatives.

Law & Legislation (John Federico)

Working with Russ Scherer on the Web Site.  Transferring to a new Web Base for Web Site.
Talked about Non-Profit Status.
 

President (Mark Hunter)

Mat Rental Program - We will post the Updated Rental Program to Web Site - National Championships in IN will be renting our Mats.  The mats and trailer are being stored in Toledo as of now.
 

New Business:

Mick Kaminsky was invited to attend the Pan American Games - Ohio Judo to honor a $50.00 grant to Mick to help out with Expenses

2015 Budget - All Directors will have a $50.00 Budget.  If any Director needs more than $50.00, the BoD will address the request when presented.

State Championship - March 7th, 2015 - Medals came in.  Russ to line up Referees -  Mike M helping with Set Up.

Next Meeting:

Meeting will take place immediately following the State Championships in Bluffton - March 7th.
